ETHIOPIA

Did you know, coffee originated in Ethiopia? This country produces the most pure kind of coffee. This may be because Ethiopia is the only country in which coffee is wildly grown, which makes the flavour profile extremely diverse. African coffees are usually described as complex, fruity and floral. These are stronger, fragrant-rich and full-bodied flavours and the coffee bean sourced here, is the first of our four internationally used beans in our blend.

BRAZIL

Brazil is the world’s largest coffee producer, with beans that give mild and light mouthfeel. Our Brazilian coffee bean has a longer after taste, a sweet chocolate tone and creamy finish.

INDONESIA

Indonesian coffee beans are earthier and darker than most other blends. Unlike the universally liked and known Central American and South American coffees, these more unfamiliar beans from Asia are less acidic, more complex and, at times, even a little savoury.

COSTA-RICA

Costa Rica is believed to have some of the best coffee flavour profiles from the Americas. With high grown altitudes and a pleasant feel, our Costa Rican beans throw a brown-sugary sweetness, citrusy notes and apricot-like fruity flavours.
